Will the drawings pass permit?
Yes. We prepare full architectural, structural and MEP documentation to the standard your district assembly requires — including structural analysis, reinforcement detailing and signed calculation reports.
What exactly do we receive?
A coordinated set across every discipline, plus a bill of quantities and priced schedule — so the drawings you build from are the drawings you cost from.
Do you build, or only draw?
Both. Beyond documentation we carry out construction and fit-out directly — screeding, waterproofing, tiling, sanitary installations and structural repairs.
Can you deliver under our own studio's name?
Yes — our production service for interior designers is fully white-label. Layouts, cutting lists, schedules and renders arrive ready to hand to your client under your brand.
Do you work outside Accra?
Yes. We've delivered a seven-storey hotel in Abidjan (in French) and institutional works across several sites in Ghana.
